Please note: while collecting in person we accept cash only!
2.1 We offer free standard (2-5 business days) delivery to all UK mainland for items under 20 KG.
2.2 Additional Shipping charges will apply to heavier parcels and to addresses which are out of UK mainland. Body parts in excellent condition will not be posted – collection in person only.
2.3 International deliveries. Please contact us before making a payment to check delivery options to your country.
2.4 Please note that couriers require that someone be present to sign for all packages. If nobody is available for the package, the courier will leave and delivery will be failed.
2.5 The courier may attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour, and failing that will attempt the delivery to be delayed.
2.6 If customer fails to receive or fails to contact the courier, the parcel will be returned to us at the customers` expense.
3.1 Please note we provide 30 days warranty for all parts – all our parts are tested and marked before dispatch. Any attempt to return item that wasn’t sold by us will be reported to local authorities.
3.2 If you want to cancel the order, the Product has been supplied in error, ordered in error or damaged we advise you to follow the following procedure:
- Please contact us and receive authorisation for return.
- Secure the Product and all of the original packaging materials including invoice in either the original box.
- Post it to the address which you’ll get in step 1.
3.3 Returns for Products bought in error are simple; but are subject to certain rules:
- 15% Admin and handling fee will apply to your return.
- You shall be liable for the cost incurred in returning Products to us and we shall not be obliged to accept any product if such costs have not been paid in full.
- Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent and undamaged. Damaged goods due to your negligence will not be accepted for refund.
3.4 Once the Product has been returned refunds will be made in the original payment method.
3.5 All requests will be processed after we have inspected and verified the condition of the Products. Returns take up to 10 business days to process upon receipt of the item.
