Duration of warranty
All of our items are covered by a 30 day warranty unless otherwise stated in the advert or advised verbally.
Engine warranty
The term ENGINE refers to the engine Crank, bearings, rods, pistons, block, cylinder head & components, and cam shafts.
Our warranty covers failure of any of these items that results in the engine being rendered unusable. In the event of a failure of any of the above components we will offer replacement if suitable parts are available or a refund if we can not supply replacement items.
All other components supplied with the engine are not covered by the warranty.
Your warranty will commence from the date of delivery/collection.
The warranty is applicable only within the UK.
No warranty will be honoured unless proof is shown that the engine was fitted with a new cam belt, oil and filter at time of installation, this must be carried out by a VAT registered garage and proof of installation will be required in the event of a warranty claim.
We will not warranty the engine if failure or damage is caused directly or indirectly as a result of any of the following:
Incorrect installation or poor workmanship
Fault or failure of an ancillary component such as, alternator, turbo, radiator, fuel injection system, water pump, cam belt, coolant, gaskets, hoses.
As a result of malicious damage
As a result of fire or theft
As a result of lack of coolant or lubricant
We do not warranty gaskets or seals – if for example the head gasket fails and the engine overheats, the warranty does not cover this.
The warranty is void if any parts have been removed, stripped down, tampered with or modified other than to allow fitment of a new cam belt & oil filter.
Gearbox warranty
The term GEARBOX refers to the external casing and the internal gears, shafts and bearings.
Our warranty covers failure of any of these items that results in the gearbox being rendered unusable.
In the event of a failure of any of the above components we will offer replacement if suitable parts are available or a refund if we can not supply replacement items.
All other components supplied with the gearbox are not covered by the warranty.
Your warranty will commence from the date of delivery/collection.

No warranty will be honoured unless proof is shown that the gearbox was fitted by a VAT registered garage and proof of installation will be required in the event of a warranty claim.
We will not warranty the gearbox if failure or damage is caused directly or indirectly as a result of any of the following:
Incorrect installation or poor workmanship
Fault or failure of an ancillary component such as, Drive shaft, differential, clutch components, flywheel, sensors, selector levers or breathers
As a result of malicious damage
As a result of fire or theft
As a result of lack of coolant or lubricant
We do not warranty gaskets or seals – if for example the drain plug seal fails and the gearbox looses all it’s oil, the warranty does not cover this.
The warranty is void if any parts have been removed, stripped down, tampered with or modified other than to allow filling with fresh oil.
Other component warranty
Our warranty covers failure of the item described in the advert title that results in the item being rendered unusable.
In the event of a failure of the item and it being rendered unusable we will offer replacement if suitable parts are available or a refund if we can not supply replacement items.
Your warranty will commence from the date of delivery/collection.
The warranty is applicable only within the UK.
No warranty will be honoured unless proof is shown that the item was fitted by a VAT registered garage and proof of installation will be required in the event of a warranty claim.
We will not warranty the item if failure or damage is caused directly or indirectly as a result of any of the following:

As a result of malicious damage

We do not warranty gaskets or seals unless the item is a seal or a gasket.
The warranty is void if any parts have been removed, stripped down, tampered with or modified other than to allow correct fitting.
The warranty does not cover Vehicle recovery costs, emergency accommodation costs, onward travel costs, car hire costs, loss of earnings, labour costs.
The warranty is not transferrable and provides cover for the original owner only.
